The Conference and Meetings and Events modules give NOAH AMS users options for creating and managing a wide range of meetings, from larger conferences to Simple Events. Users can build conferences as meetings that include events for pre-conference, workshops, sessions, courses, tours, meals and more. Handle multi-level pricing options for registration fees with additional options for on-site registration and check-in kiosks.

The Shows module lets clients managing exhibitor and trade shows to create live floor plans for booth reservations or direct purchase using facility graphics. The Exhibitor Service Center allows booth sales contacts to update show guide information, upload logos and required documents, register their personnel and make additional purchases. Priority point rankings and assigned time entry for purchase or reservation are available options.

Presenter Center is comprised of five major components that allow users to manage calls for papers, presentations and speakers in combination with full review and scoring, meeting planning presentation material management and online searchable directories of all meeting content and documents. It includes a fully searchable online directory for a meeting with downloadable session presentation materials.

Certification and Continuing Education allows for online application processes, exam registration, workflow management, committee/staff review and re-certification. Transcripts, certificates and credential management are included. NOAH AMS API integrations are available with various LMS platforms.
