Sponsorship Program Services
Let us Represent You - Over the past 10 years, we have made direct service representation the core of our business. If your association prefers to partner with outside agencies to conduct your sponsorship relationships, let us represent you. In March 2020, we pivoted a large international conference to a virtual platform at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, advancing our skills in virtual and hybrid event models. We now manage exhibits and sponsorship experiences for large shows in full service platforms such as Intrado, as well as smaller events in the many content platforms serving the meetings and events sector.
Prospect Research - We help you identify your membership, industry and audience demographics and develop cases for sponsorship relationships utilizing your existing programmatic assets and current and strategic initiatives. We help associations fully tap the potential of your existing relationships and help you identify new partners aligned with your industry and mission. Consultation and direct services are available.
Sponsorship Program and Campaign Development - For established association programs, let us help you build upon your existing program to fully integrate your year-round programming into a corporate partnership program. We also identify strategic partners for your next campaign or programmatic shift. For associations that have not professionalized your sponsorship and partnership programs. Let us help you navigate all aspects of starting a sponsorship program, from your fundraising policy, to the opportunities and benefits program and to promotion.
