Astron Solutions is a New York-based Human Resources consulting firm dedicated to the delivery of compensation, human resources consulting services, and supportive cloud-based technology.  Astron’s focus is to develop and implement human resources programs that support the strategic direction of organizations through the creation of a positive employee relations environment. 

Since our founding in 1999, Astron Solutions offers organizations a complete, customized human resources package including advice, innovative program design, and user-friendly cloud-based software.  Astron Solutions provides innovative executive and staff total cash compensation programs that motivate and retain employees and comply with IRS legal guidelines.  Our association salary survey services, consulting programs, and Flare®, Astron’s modular web-based talent management suite, can generate lucrative non-dues revenue for associations.  Astron has the latest trends in talent management needed to stay ahead of the competition in the accelerating war for talent.

Astron is unique in that it offers one price consulting: a set price for a project that includes all fees and expenses. Astron’s Flare® offers a series of cloud-based templates to aid in the day-to-day administration of human resources programs.  Flare® modules include applicant tracking, job descriptions, job evaluation, compensation administration, organization charts, performance management, pay for performance, gamification, incentive / bonus management, exit interviews, employee surveys, succession planning, and total rewards statements.  These products are compatible with and can be integrated into more comprehensive systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, Lawson, and others.

Astron Solutions’ client base varies by both industry and geography.  Organizations in 35 states, the District of Columbia, Canada, and China turn to Astron Solutions for consulting services.  Our clients span 38 industries.  The majority of our clients are non-profit organizations. We are sensitive to this demographic’s unique fiscal and regulatory concerns and develop Human Resource programs that address these specific needs.
