If you are unfamiliar with the area, allow our staff to help by identifying hotel or resort properties that meet your specifications. We can provide information on meeting facilities, sleeping rooms, date availability, rates, amenities, and special program requirements. At your request, we can also solicit individual proposals from properties that meet your requirements or arrange a site inspection of the facilities.

We have a complete library of photographs to help with your meeting promotion, as well as a robust online media room where you can find Traverse City press kits and other useful information. Our Public Relations Manager can provide you with media lists and any other tools you may need.
